I am what you might call an ‘awakened academic.’ 
 
I’ve spent most of my adult life studying humans and humanity. Diving into how the mind works and how we can best heal trauma and move through stress has always brought me such wonder and nourishment - and it’s where I’ve focussed my professional endeavors for well over 20 years.
 
This deep work that I do is beautifully balanced with my passion for movement, culminating in a rich and wonderful career as a choreographer.
 
My exploration of these arenas (the mind and movement) went to a new level in 2011 when a life-altering experience in a stone circle in Ireland took my understanding of life and living to previously unexplored places.
 
 
 

About Elisha

I’ve described this experience as a transcendence of time and space that revealed to me soul memories which needed to be activated in this life so that I could expand my work in ways I would never have predicted.
 
Over this past decade, I’ve explored and created through the potent power of archetypes and identity; energy and consciousness; neuroscience and nervous system; intuition and spirituality.

My previous studies in somatic facilitation meant that I had an intimate understanding of the human nervous system, and I began to apply this with my studies of intuitive intelligence. As a result, I have a unique way of understanding how we ‘regulate’ and why so many of us are so dysregulated in this modern world.

This is where my work now culminates.

Currently, I’m a mentor, educator, and speaker specializing in sacred living, embodiment, mystical experiences, and nervous system regulation. With over sixteen years in embodiment and energy-work, and seven years as a spiritual mentor, I’ve supported hundreds of women to embody their essence and activate their ‘queen energy’.

My mission is to support creatives, visionaries, and sacred leaders in making a significant impact in their world by developing a clear sense of accessing intuition, deeply embodied self-confidence and authentically dynamic expression.

As an oracle of the ‘divine feminine’, I support a connection to and embodiment of your Soul’s Essence.  

I’m trained in neurosculpting, breathwork, life coaching, and spiritual direction. I hold an MFA in Dance and Somatics and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology.

In essence, what I explore with my clients is unlocking the nervous system so that rather than using regulation to get out of our triggers, instead we create such a safe and holy space inside that we are able to access our deep medicine. This enables us to navigate the ups and downs of life with personal power and strength.
 
My approach is unique in that I take an integrative approach to regulation rather than just looking at and managing the stress response. My aim is for my clients to move into a truly integrated state where regulation is the norm.
 
This work is something I do 1:1, while my group programs are for leaders and facilitators to integrate nervous system work into the work they do.
